Ginger-Soy-Sesame Marinade/Dressing

This recipe is originally a really great dressing for a light salad but its so versatile that I wanted to share. In this case, I used it as a marinade for steak and it turned out really well.

50g       Extra Virgin Olive Oil

100g     Grapeseed Oil (Canola fine)

150g     Low Sodium Soy Sauce

100g     Rice Wine Vinegar

50g       Lime Juice

12g       Fresh Ginger – grated

50g       Sugar

10g       Toasted Sesame Seeds

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl!
