A family meal is just incomplete without a healthy salad. This recipe was originally used as a dressing for tuna tartare/poke, but I like to use it on salads. It’s super quick to make and really tasty. Minimal effort, maximin satisfaction!
125g Lemon Juice
60g Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3g Garlic Clove
13g Grated Ginger
30g Sambal Oelek Chili Paste
215g Grapeseed Oil or Canola Oil
1. Put all ingredients except the oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Once smooth, slowly pour oil into the mixture while the blender is on medium speed.
3. Pour into a jar/Tupperware and store in refrigeration.
Note – If you allow the dressing to rest overnight, the flavors mellow and the garlic/ginger become more balanced 🙂
